Confirm the Discord account you created your game account with. The site then lists the accounts linked to it, you pick one and set the new password.

The new password is typed here on the site, never on Discord. And we never see your Discord password.

It only works for accounts that have Discord linked. If yours is old and was never linked, link it first — that needs your current password. If you do not have that either, talk to an administrator on Discord.
